sewing machines and stories (only six show

superb high quality frameable prints.
To mark
the Millennium, which now seems like an age ago, I produced a
one-off Millennium Calendar. The response was electric and they
sold to collectors and enthusiasts all over the world.
The
calendar has 12 fabulous early sewing machines which include the
most beautiful machine in the world, the
Agenoria, the prettiest
toy the
Muller 20, the
amazing and unique
Cookson.
A machine few have ever seen the French Incomparable! A stunning
Beckwith
sewing machine. Possible the finest
Arm & platform
in existence. A beautiful 1870
Weir/Raymond. A rare
Bonita made by
Moldacot in 1888. For toy enthusiasts a sweet
Singer 20. Of
course the pictures had to include a
Grover & Baker from
1860. A German Original Express and finally the most popular
Singer of all time the fabulous
Singer 222K.
Each of
these superb prints comes with a history of the machine and
there is more... to finish of this timeless calendar there are 12
sewing stories all to do with sewing machines from chief's in the
rain forest to First World War prisoners.
Although
the calendar dates are now not relevant they only make a small
part of this superb publication. All in all it is a timeless
collectors item to enjoy and treasure for years to come. Each of
the few remaining calendars has a unique number. Below are a few
drastically reduced pictures of the calendar.
